Guijuelo 100% Iberian Bellota Acorn-fed Ibérico Ham 100% Iberian Breed 7 to 7.5 kg – Maximum Iberian Purity and Tradition The Guijuelo 100% Iberian Bellota Acorn-fed Ibérico Ham is the maximum exponent of quality and tradition in Iberian gastronomy. With an approximate weight of 7 to 7.5 kg, this ham comes from purebred Iberian pigs, raised in freedom in the pastures of Guijuelo and fed exclusively on acorns during the “montanera”. Its 100% Iberian purity ensures a smooth texture, rich in infiltrated fat, which melts on the palate offering a deep, intense and nuanced flavor. Thanks to a slow curing process of more than 36 months, each slice of this ham offers a unique flavor experience, with a perfect balance between sweetness, saltiness and the characteristic aroma of acorn-fed hams. Delivered in a 90x15x30 cm box.

For orders to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Europe 1, and Europe 2, customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Deliveries and returns
Delivery times may vary depending on the unavailability of items in stock included in the order, as well as during high-demand periods such as the Christmas season, and the published delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Due to warehouse operations related to order preparation, all purchases made after 1:30 PM will have an additional day added to their delivery time.
Deliveries will be made on business days (excluding Saturdays), and the displayed delivery times refer to business days, not calendar days.
Return and refund of shipments
For services involving return due to failed deliveries or customer rejections, not returns, the return cost will be billed as a new shipment. Returns of shipments will have the same cost as the original shipping.
