Guijuelo Acorn-fed Ibérico Ham 50% Iberian Breed 7.5 to 8 kg – The Essence of Ibérico Flavor Guijuelo Acorn-fed Ibérico Ham 50% Iberian Breed is an ideal ham for the most demanding palates. With an approximate weight of 7.5 to 8 kg, this ham comes from pigs raised in freedom in the pastures of Guijuelo (Salamanca, Spain) and fed with acorns during the “montanera”, which gives its meat a unique flavor and aroma. Its slow curing of more than 36 months guarantees a soft and juicy texture, with an infiltrated fat that melts on the palate and offers a deep flavor full of nuances. With 50% Iberian breed, this piece represents the excellence of Iberian products, combining the best of Iberian genetics with a privileged environment for the breeding of these animals. Delivered in a 90x15x30 cm box.

For orders to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Europe 1, and Europe 2, customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Deliveries and returns
Delivery times may vary depending on the unavailability of items in stock included in the order, as well as during high-demand periods such as the Christmas season, and the published delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Due to warehouse operations related to order preparation, all purchases made after 1:30 PM will have an additional day added to their delivery time.
Deliveries will be made on business days (excluding Saturdays), and the displayed delivery times refer to business days, not calendar days.
Return and refund of shipments
For services involving return due to failed deliveries or customer rejections, not returns, the return cost will be billed as a new shipment. Returns of shipments will have the same cost as the original shipping.
