Guijuelo Acorn-Fed 75% Ibérico Jamón is a high-quality ham, perfect for those seeking an authentic Iberian delicacy. Weighing approximately 9 to 9.5 kg, this ham comes from free-range Ibérico pigs reared in the holm oak forests of Guijuelo (Salamanca, Spain) and fed chiefly with acorns during the montanera mast-feeding season. Its 75% Ibérico purity gives it an intense flavour, full of nuances that melt together in the mouth.
Thanks to its slow curing for over 36 months, the result is a smooth-textured ham with marbled fat. Each slice provides the perfect balance between the sweetness of the fat and the deep flavour of Ibérico meat. Delivered in a 90x15x30 cm box.

For orders to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Europe 1, and Europe 2, customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Deliveries and returns
Delivery times may vary depending on the unavailability of items in stock included in the order, as well as during high-demand periods such as the Christmas season, and the published delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Due to warehouse operations related to order preparation, all purchases made after 1:30 PM will have an additional day added to their delivery time.
Deliveries will be made on business days (excluding Saturdays), and the displayed delivery times refer to business days, not calendar days.
Return and refund of shipments
For services involving return due to failed deliveries or customer rejections, not returns, the return cost will be billed as a new shipment. Returns of shipments will have the same cost as the original shipping.
