This acorn-fed Iberian cular chorizo is a premium cured sausage made from meat of Iberian pigs fed on acorns and natural pasture during the montanera season. Thanks to this diet and traditional free-range rearing in the dehesa, it achieves the perfect balance of lean meat and marbled fat, bringing juiciness, aroma, and a deep, distinctive flavour.

It is made with a carefully selected blend of Iberian lean meat, pork fat, salt, paprika, and natural spices, stuffed into a cular casing and subjected to a slow curing process in traditional drying rooms and cellars. The result is an acorn-fed Iberian cular chorizo with a deep red colour, well-integrated streaks of fat, a firm yet juicy texture, and an aromatic profile where notes of paprika, gentle smokiness, and a touch of natural sweetness stand out.

With an approximate weight of 1.3 kg, this piece is perfect for slicing thin and enjoying in tapas, sandwiches, charcuterie boards, or as part of a special sharing platter. It comes in a protective case that ensures proper preservation during transport and a carefully presented finish—also ideal as a gourmet gift.
