Product description
This acorn-fed Iberian salchichón is a premium cured sausage made from selected meats of Iberian pigs fed on acorns and natural pasture during the montanera season. The combination of Iberian lean meat and infiltrated fat results in a very juicy piece, with a deep aroma and a balanced flavour that fully respects the essence of acorn-fed Iberian pork.
It is seasoned with a traditional blend of salt and natural spices and stuffed into casing before undergoing a slow curing process in drying rooms and cellars. During this time, the salchichón develops an elegant flavour profile: gentle aromatic notes, the perfect touch of salt, subtle spiced nuances, and a pleasant, lingering finish on the palate. The texture is firm yet tender, perfect for slicing into thin slices.
With an approximate weight of 1.3 kg, this acorn-fed Iberian salchichón is ideal to enjoy in tapas, sandwiches, charcuterie boards, or as an appetiser at family and friends’ gatherings. For orders to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Europe 1, and Europe 2, customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Deliveries and returns
Delivery times may vary depending on the unavailability of items in stock included in the order, as well as during high-demand periods such as the Christmas season, and the published delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Due to warehouse operations related to order preparation, all purchases made after 1:30 PM will have an additional day added to their delivery time.
Deliveries will be made on business days (excluding Saturdays), and the displayed delivery times refer to business days, not calendar days.
Return and refund of shipments
For services involving return due to failed deliveries or customer rejections, not returns, the return cost will be billed as a new shipment. Returns of shipments will have the same cost as the original shipping.
