This sliced Iberian loin is a sliced acorn-fed (bellota) Iberian loin of top quality, designed to enjoy the finest Iberian cured meat in a convenient and quick way. It is made from loins of Iberian pigs fed on acorns and natural pasture during the montanera season, resulting in bright red meat, fine streaks of marbled fat, and exceptional juiciness.

The loin is seasoned with salt, paprika, and natural spices and undergoes a slow curing process in traditional drying rooms and cellars, where it develops a deep yet balanced flavour, with gentle paprika notes, a light smoky touch, and a lingering finish on the palate. The texture is firm yet tender, ideal to enjoy in thin slices.

It comes in vacuum-packed sliced packs of 100 g or 250 g, ready to open and serve. Simply let the loin come to room temperature for a few minutes before eating so it can release its full aroma and flavour. It’s perfect for charcuterie boards, tapas, sandwiches, appetisers, or casual dinners, and a practical way to always have authentic sliced acorn-fed Iberian loin at home.

Return and refund of shipments

For services involving return due to failed deliveries or customer rejections, not returns, the return cost will be billed as a new shipment. Returns of shipments will have the same cost as the original shipping.
