Product description
This sliced chorizo is an acorn-fed Iberian cular chorizo made from selected meat of Iberian pigs fed on acorns and natural pasture during the montanera season. The combination of Iberian lean meat and marbled fat provides exceptional juiciness and a deep flavour full of nuances.
It is prepared with a carefully balanced mix of lean meat, Iberian pork fat, salt, paprika, and traditional spices, stuffed into a cular casing and subjected to a slow curing process in drying rooms and cellars. Thanks to this process, the chorizo develops a deep red colour, a powerful aroma, and a well-balanced flavour profile, with notes of paprika, a light smoky touch, and a lingering finish on the palate.
The vacuum-packed sliced format (approx. 500 g) is perfect for enjoying acorn-fed Iberian chorizo conveniently and quickly: simply open the pack, let it come to room temperature for a few minutes, and serve. Ideal for charcuterie boards, tapas, appetisers, sandwiches, or to pair with other Iberian products on any special occasion.

- Zone Europe2 Countries: Bulgaria, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Slovakia, Romania, and Sweden.
*Costs excluding VAT. Once the shipping method is selected, the user will be able to view the total shipping cost prior to payment confirmation.
For orders to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Europe 1, and Europe 2, customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Deliveries and returns
Delivery times may vary depending on the unavailability of items in stock included in the order, as well as during high-demand periods such as the Christmas season, and the published delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Due to warehouse operations related to order preparation, all purchases made after 1:30 PM will have an additional day added to their delivery time.
Deliveries will be made on business days (excluding Saturdays), and the displayed delivery times refer to business days, not calendar days.
Return and refund of shipments
For services involving return due to failed deliveries or customer rejections, not returns, the return cost will be billed as a new shipment. Returns of shipments will have the same cost as the original shipping.
