This acorn-fed Iberian loin is made from the finest part of the Iberian pig, the loin, sourced from animals fed on acorns and natural pastures during the montanera (acorn-feeding period). This combination of Iberian genetics, free-range activity, and a diet rich in healthy fatty acids results in a piece of deep red color, fine streaks of marbled fat, and a very characteristic shine.

The loin is seasoned with a traditional blend of salt, paprika, and natural spices before being encased in natural casing and slowly cured in drying sheds and cellars. During this process, it concentrates its aromas and develops a deep, balanced flavor, with notes of paprika, a subtle smoky touch, and a persistent finish on the palate. The texture is firm yet tender, perfect for slicing thinly.

With an approximate weight of 1.3 kg, this acorn-fed Iberian loin is perfect for serving in tapas, charcuterie boards, special appetizers, or family celebrations. It is a versatile product, easy to pair with bread, cheese, and other Iberian products, and a perfect choice for those who want to enjoy the authentic flavor of top-quality acorn-fed Iberian loin at home.
