This Iberian free-range grain-fed pork loin is made from selected loins of Iberian pigs raised outdoors and fed on natural pasture and high-quality feed. This combination of Iberian genetics, exercise, and a balanced diet results in a piece with a bright red colour and fine veins of infiltrated fat that provide juiciness and flavour.

The loin is carefully seasoned with salt, paprika, and natural spices, then stuffed into natural casing and subjected to a slow curing process in traditional drying rooms and cellars. During this time, it concentrates aromas and develops a mild yet very flavoursome taste, with the perfect level of salt, hints of paprika, and a pleasant, lingering finish on the palate. Its texture is firm yet tender, ideal for slicing into thin slices.

With an approximate weight of 1.4 kg, this Iberian grain-fed loin is perfect to keep at home and enjoy in tapas, sandwiches, charcuterie boards, or special appetisers. It is a very versatile product, easy to pair with bread, cheeses, and other Iberian cured meats, and an excellent choice for those seeking the flavour of Iberian loin with outstanding value for money.
