This semi-cured cheese El Piornalego stands out for its mild flavour and firm texture, a perfect balance between the creaminess of young cheeses and the character of more mature ones. Its medium curing allows it to retain good juiciness while developing aromas and nuances that make it a very versatile cheese, easy for everyone to enjoy.
Thanks to its firm yet creamy texture, it is ideal for cutting into wedges or cubes and serving on cheese boards, appetisers, sandwiches, or as an accompaniment to cured meats and ham. Its balanced flavour, without sharpness, makes it perfect for everyday enjoyment as well as for family and friends’ gatherings.
With an approximate weight of 3.3 kg, this semi-cured cheese offers excellent yield for keeping at home and enjoying little by little. For orders to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Europe 1, and Europe 2, customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Deliveries and returns
Delivery times may vary depending on the unavailability of items in stock included in the order, as well as during high-demand periods such as the Christmas season, and the published delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Due to warehouse operations related to order preparation, all purchases made after 1:30 PM will have an additional day added to their delivery time.
Deliveries will be made on business days (excluding Saturdays), and the displayed delivery times refer to business days, not calendar days.
Return and refund of shipments
For services involving return due to failed deliveries or customer rejections, not returns, the return cost will be billed as a new shipment. Returns of shipments will have the same cost as the original shipping.
