This 50% Iberian-breed acorn-fed (bellota) sliced ham is the most convenient way to enjoy authentic 50% acorn-fed Iberian ham without having to carve a whole leg. Made from pigs of 50% Iberian breed fed on acorns during the montanera season, it offers deep red meat, glossy streaks of fat, and a rich flavour full of nuance.

Each ham is cured for over 36 months in traditional drying rooms and cellars, developing a very distinctive aroma and a smooth texture that melts in the mouth. The result is an acorn-fed Iberian ham with notes of nuts, hints of acorn, just the right touch of salt, and a long, well-balanced finish in every slice.

It comes in vacuum-packed sliced packs of 100 g or 250 g, perfect to open and serve straight away. Simply let the ham come to room temperature for a few minutes before tasting to fully enjoy its aroma and texture. Ideal for Iberian charcuterie boards, tapas, special appetisers, or to always have on hand an authentic 50% acorn-fed Iberian ham ready to enjoy on any occasion.
