- Zone Europe2 Countries: Bulgaria, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Slovakia, Romania, and Sweden.
*Costs excluding VAT. Once the shipping method is selected, the user will be able to view the total shipping cost prior to payment confirmation.
For orders to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Europe 1, and Europe 2, customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Free shipping on orders over €600 within the Madrid region.

Deliveries and returns
Delivery times may vary depending on the unavailability of items in stock included in the order, as well as during high-demand periods such as the Christmas season, and the published delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Due to warehouse operations related to order preparation, all purchases made after 1:30 PM will have an additional day added to their delivery time.
Deliveries will be made on business days (excluding Saturdays), and the displayed delivery times refer to business days, not calendar days.
Return and refund of shipments
For services involving return due to failed deliveries or customer rejections, not returns, the return cost will be billed as a new shipment. Returns of shipments will have the same cost as the original shipping.
